Brent Laminack is a unique combination of a highly intellectual developer with an unquenchable thirst for technological excellence who also understands that the best “widget” in the world has no place if it is not fulfilling an organizational need.

Brent has significant background in the implementation of technology and application development in the broadcasting and real estate fields, has held positions that ranged from programmer to Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Brent is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). His expertise in UNIX platforms, web development, and emerging technologies has earned him an on-going instructional spot for professional development courses at Georgia Tech and Emory’s Continuing Education, including Unix system administration, databases, programming, electronic commerce, and information security.

Brent escaped to Suches in 1999 so he and his wife could raise three sons in the beautiful, protected environment of North Georgia. Some of Brent’s successful projects through Open Face Systems, Inc. include www.suches.org, www.rentalcabinsoftware.com, and www.peachmi.com.

In 3by400 projects, Brent develops custom PHP/SQL applications and manages all back-end servers. Brent is heavily involved in the discovery phase of 3by400 projects to ensure that our solutions are fully powered and meet the criteria of promised deliverables. On an on-going basis, Brent manages the shared, secured server environment upon which client sites are hosted and offers escalated technical support. Ultimately, the buck stops with Brent on technical issues.
